The playground and fire pit are dedicated in memory of Wilmer Ray Nease, Louise Nease Kessler, Neil Morgan, Sarah Hamaker and Wayne Wright. There were many others who donated funds and hands-on labor to make this project a reality. We acknowledged them, as well. Our thanks goes out to Gloria Sheppard who has organized and worked so hard to accomplish this.

Trunk or Treat was a big hit!

October 30th, 2010

What a great turnout at this year’s Trunk or Treat at Zion. We had over 10 decorated trunks for all the kids to stop by. Pastor Barb and Bob Koch’s medieval themed trunk took first prize.

We had all kinds of fun activities for the kids including a tatoo station, bean bag toss, and much more.

Everyone enjoyed popcorn, hot dogs, soft drinks and more.

Prizes were also awarded for several great costumes.
